KRM Studios Text Messaging Terms
Program: KRM Studios texts clients and artists on the KRM text line, (719) 800-4510. The line is operated by KRM Records, which runs KRM’s registered text messaging program. It is used for work-related messages about your sessions and projects with KRM Studios, such as session scheduling and reminders, file delivery, project updates, and account questions. No marketing.
Opting in: you opt in by giving your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts on the krmstudios.com contact or booking form, by texting our number (for example START or HELLO), or by giving written consent in a booking agreement or by email. Every new opt-in receives a confirmation text. Consent is not a condition of purchase. The consent wording used in KRM Studios agreements and consent emails is:
“I agree to receive text messages from KRM Studios at the mobile number I provide about my sessions and projects, such as session scheduling and reminders, file delivery, project updates and account questions. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.”

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
